Making a reservation with us is quick and easy! Simply submit a quote inquiry through our website by providing the necessary details about your event, such as the desired inflatable, event date, and set-up options. Our team will promptly review your inquiry and provide you with a comprehensive quote tailored to your specific needs. We strive to make the reservation process hassle-free, ensuring that your inflatable rental experience is seamless from start to finish.
On the day of your event, we will notify you when we are en route to deliver your inflatable. Upon arrival, our team will ensure a smooth process by having the property owner sign our Rental Agreement, settle the remaining balance, and provide a $50 cash cleaning deposit. We will then proceed to set up the inflatable, ensuring it is securely positioned. We kindly request that the designated setup location is free of any debris, and if applicable, any pet waste is cleared.
Please note that if you anticipate being more than 20 minutes late for the agreed delivery time, we may need to reschedule for later in the day, subject to availability, and an additional delivery fee may apply.

While there is no specific age limit for utilizing our inflatables, we highly recommend that individuals of similar age and size engage in play together to maintain a balanced and safe experience. It's worth noting that we do have a weight limit in place, set at 800 pounds, which ensures optimal performance and longevity of our inflatables while prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

Typically, we deliver the product in the morning and allow it to remain with you overnight, as long as it can be securely placed in a designated location such as a backyard or fenced area. We are committed to accommodating your specific rental needs to make your event a memorable one.
If adverse weather conditions arise on the day of your event, we will cancel the reservation and promptly return your deposit. Alternatively, if you prefer to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, subject to availability.

Additionally, we carefully spray down the inflatables upon delivery. In addition to our rental fees, please note the following 3 important considerations.
We require a $50 cash cleaning deposit, which serves as a refundable deposit once the inflatable is returned in a clean and undamaged condition.
To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, we kindly request that you adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. If you anticipate being more than 20 minutes late from our estimated time of arrival (ETA), we may need to reschedule your drop-off and an additional delivery fee will apply.
Lastly, please be aware that customers are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period and will be required to cover the associated repair costs. Your cooperation in adhering to these terms helps us maintain the highest standards of service and ensures an enjoyable inflatable rental experience.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that your deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of inclement weather.
